The bread subscription provides four deliveries in total, once per week. Each delivery includes two types of bread for around 1 kg: our classic wheat bread together with our barley bread or our ciabatta according to your preferences. Our bread is the result of a long and slow sourdough leavening. It is prepared with local grains and cooked in our wood oven. Wheat bread, barley bread and ciabatta are matched with a salty sauce and a sweet jam from our own production.
The bread will be available to take away every Tuesday or Friday at our Bros’ Restaurant in Lecce or at our Roots Trattoria in Scorrano.
Collecting time in Lecce: from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm.
Collecting time in Scorrano: from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
