CENA IMPOSSIBILE WITH CIRO OLIVA / 17 NOVEMBER 8.00PM

The forthcoming 17th November we will host the pizza chef Ciro Oliva for the new appointment of our format “Cene Impossibili”. Born and raised in the Sanità neighbourhood, years ago Ciro decided to become the guide of the family Pizzeria by personally curanting the concept and realization of the pizzas. Ciro is always researching by matching local tradition and ingredients with the most advanced techniques.
Price: € 80.00 p.p. The tasting menu includes 7 courses and the beverage.

Small Trattoria

The project focuses entirely on everyday life. The menu is updated day by day, it is based on the availability of products from our garden and it takes inspiration from local recipes and traditions. The Piccola Trattoria menu includes starters, first course and dessert.
Price: € 30,00 per person. Beverage is not included in the cost of the menu.

Big Trattoria

The project focuses entirely on everyday life. The menu is updated day by day, it is based on the availability of products from our garden and it takes inspiration from local recipes and traditions. The Grande Trattoria menu includes starters, first course, main course and dessert.
Price: € 50,00 per person. Beverage is not included in the cost of the menu.

ROOTS SEA / EVERY FRIDAY

ROOTS SEA SMALL TRATTORIA

In the houses of the Salento area every day is dedicated to a typical meal. On Fridays, fish is usually served. Indeed, according to tradition Fridays are lean eating days, a religious custom that influences the products proposed during the family meal. The Salento area is skimmed both by the Ionian and the Adriatic sea, offering always a great varieties of fishes to the local fisherman. The Roots Mare menu changes every week depending on the catch of the day.
Price: € 30,00 per person. Beverage is not included in the cost of the menu.

PIZZA EXPERIENCE / EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT

At Roots Sunday night means homemade pizza. A pure moment of coexistence and sharing, tasting a very versatile and beloved product. You will have the opportunity to try our wood-fired oven pizzas, chosen by Chef Yuta together with our team. Local flour of the highest quality grains, seasoned with our garden products and with a careful selection of ingredients from local stores.
In more detail, it includes a selection of 3 fried starters, 4 tastings of four different pizzas that vary according to the seasonality of the products, plus the dessert.
The Pizza experience is available every Sunday night.

BREAKFAST

The real breakfast of Salento. A mix of tradition and contemporaneity: the sweet and savory that blend as our grandparents used to do. The almond milk, the freshly baked bread with tomatoes, the coffe made in a moka, the fruit that was just harvested from our trees, the jams. All coming from our garden or from our reliable collaborators.
The Salento breakfast is available every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
