Who is Isabella Potì?

Isabella Potì, born in Roma in 1995 to an Italian mother and a Polish father, is an internationally renowned pastry chef and co-owner of Bros' in Martina Franca.

Training in the Olympus of Haute Cuisine

An early vocation led her to dream of great kitchens since childhood. After hospitality studies in Salento, Isabella wasted no time and flew to London to train alongside her mentor, Claude Bosi. Her innate talent then drove her on a journey through European excellence: in Spain with Paco Torreblanca and Martín Berasategui, in Copenhagen at the temple of Geranium, and in France at Mirazur in Menton.

An Entrepreneur at 26: The Bros' Ecosystem

Her return to Italy marked the beginning of her entrepreneurial rise. At just 26 years old, she became co-owner of Bros' (awarded a Michelin Star), of Roots Trattoria in Scorrano and of the creative agency Pellegrino Brothers.

An Icon Spanning Haute Cuisine, Media and Lifestyle

Isabella Potì is a creative figure who transcends cooking alone. She is a reference point in the Italian digital and television landscape, known to the wider public for her appearances on leading programmes such as MasterChef Italia (guest judge) and Il Ristorante degli Chef (Rai 2).

Her charisma has made her a sought-after face for international luxury, automotive and fashion brands (including Nike, Maserati, Land Rover and Amazon) and a protagonist on the pages of iconic magazines such as Vogue, Vanity Fair and L'Officiel.
